Handmade Sterling Silver “Snakeskin” Drop Earrings

Description

These handmade drop earrings have been textured in a snakeskin pattern using the roll-print technique. 

To emboss the striking pattern, silver sheet is rolled through the jeweller’s rolling mills with a base metal mould (in this case, a wire mesh), which presses the pattern into the silver. The shapes are then hand-cut from the sheet.
