Custom Made Jewellery

When it comes to jewellery, there are those pieces you wear simply as a fashion accessory – a bit of bling to add a little pizzazz to your party outfit. Something off-the-shelf thatโ€™s trendy right now but next year? Maybe not. But it was cheap, it was fun, lots of people had one the same, and it served a purpose. Thereโ€™s nothing wrong with that.

Then, there are statement pieces. Pieces that are uniquely you, and just like you, are one-of-a-kind.

Having a piece of jewellery designed and custom made specifically for you is not just a product, but a complete experience.

When you book a design consultation with me, Iโ€™ll talk to you about your style, the feelings you want to invoke with your jewellery, and the way you wear and treat your jewellery, in order to create the perfect one-off creation that will last, and be treasured for, a lifetime.

Iโ€™ll sketch out some designs for you and together we will refine them. I will advise you on gemstones choices to suit your lifestyle and budget, and which metals will work the best for you skin-tone and personal style.

With your personal design in mind, I can source a selection of hand-picked diamonds and/or gemstones for you to view and choose from.

A design consultation is obligation-free. Once a design has been chosen and approved, your jewellery will generally take approximately 4-6 weeks to custom-make.

Your design will have come to life, will be personally fitted and hallmarked with the appropriate carat stamp and my own makers mark.

You will also be welcome to return and have your jewellery professionally cleaned any time in the future as a complimentary service.

Getting engaged? Diamond grading and terms can be confusing and there is a lot of misleading marketing out there. I can explain the characteristics of a diamond, clarify all the technical terms, and source a selection of diamonds for you to view that will meet your โ€œwow-factorโ€ expectations and your budget.

Did you know that diamonds are no longer the only go-to gemstone for engagement rings? Many couples now are looking to coloured gemstones as an alternative to diamonds. Australian sapphires, in a vast range of colours (that’s right, sapphires are not just blue!), are now very popular and are second only to diamonds on the hardness scale.

Another popular option is the Lab-Grown Diamond. These are real diamonds, but do not have the devastating impact on the environment that mined diamonds have.

Custom made jewellery, of course, is not limited to rings. I can design and hand-craft any piece of jewellery exclusively for you including:

  • Engagement and Wedding Rings
  • Earrings
  • Pendants
  • Dress Rings
  • Bangles and Bracelets
